I think that the course textbook has provided me with great insights about HCD. Therefore, I can understand that challenges to meet organizational motives can only be overcome if the HCD is strong, professional and efficient in organizational operations. It is important to emphasize the importance of work design as well as job analysis to the organizational members contributing to HCD development (Van Tiem et al. 2012). This is because performance interventions can be useful in resolving issues/challenges with work-performance (Van Tiem et al. 2012).
